RemediumOne has established strong expertise in neurological research, particularly in disorders that affect the brain such as ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, intracerebral hemorrhage, and hypertension-related cerebrovascular disease. The organizationās experience spans participation in several large-scale, multicenter clinical trials designed to evaluate treatment and prevention strategies for these conditions.
RemediumOne has contributed to studies investigating optimal blood pressure management in acute cerebral hemorrhage, treatment approaches for intracranial hemorrhage survivors with atrial fibrillation, stroke recovery interventions, and secondary prevention of intracerebral disease events. The outcomes of these studies have informed clinical guidelines and improved global understanding of stroke management and neurological care.
Through long-term collaboration with international partners, including The George Institute for Global Health, RemediumOne has supported research efforts aimed at reducing the global burden of neurological disorders.
Its network of experienced investigators and tertiary-care hospital partners across Sri Lanka enables the efficient implementation of complex neurology trials. The organizationās multidisciplinary teamācomprising clinical research associates, project managers, regulatory affairs specialists, and medical monitorsāensures compliance with international quality and ethical standards.
RemediumOne continues to contribute to evidence generation that advances clinical practice in neurology and supports the development of new therapeutic strategies for patients affected by neurological and mental health conditions.
