From the time of joining the company, an employee is carefully nurtured to strive for excellence. A dedicated human resources management team ensures that our team is not only client-focused and quality conscious but also focused on individual personal development. Median employee age at RemediumOne is 28 and all our employees are possessing professional qualifications. We work in collaboration with trust and endurance towards the common goal of supporting the healthcare system in Sri Lanka while becoming the center of excellence in clinical development and life sciences in Southeast Asia.
